We are very happy that you have chosen our venue as a place to perform. We currently are booking 3-4 months in advance due to the overwhelming demand for our venue. We ask that you look at our schedule before proposing a date to see if it is already booked and being advertised. Unfortunately, we can no longer accomodate physical press kits and ask that you send only email messages and/or electronic press kits (EPK). We cannot follow up on physical press kits. Please fully read the following paragraphs before you request a booking at Steel City Coffee House.

The current booking manager at Steel City Coffee House is Jane M. Tucker. For artists and/or artist representatives who have already played at Steel City and are looking to book a return show, please contact Jane at bookingsteelcity@aol.com

For those who have not played at Steel City, please send an electronic press kit (EPK, SonicBids preferred-see link below) or an email message containing the following information: current web page w/ a sample of music on it, information on past gigs (including normal draw for a solo appearance and normal cover charge at solo appearance). In addition, please advise if you would be willing to accept an "in the round", co-bill, or opening gig.

By daytime, our venue is an active coffeehouse serving breakfast and lunch. We respectfully ask artists not to call the coffeehouse to speak to the booking manager about booking or to follow-up on any emailed conversations. The booking manager is not available at the coffeehouse for phone calls or appointments and cannot return phone calls to artists who leave their phone numbers at the venue. All booking is done by email.
